Jennifer Cosgrove O’Leary, CDRE®

Jennifer Cosgrove O’Leary, is Co-Owner/Broker at Greenwich Bay Brokers and an expert in the field of Divorce Real Estate. She is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) and a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS) and practices real estate in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Jennifer acts as a neutral party in maximizing the equity of a divorcing couple’s real estate assets. She is specifically trained to provide: expert advice on issue such as property division, tax implications, and the sale or purchase of a home during divorce; advice on property options available such as buying out one spouse or keeping it as a rental; a structure for the home selling process including the establishment of timelines so there is a clear visible path forward.
