What is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®)?

EXPERIENCE

We are proven experts in real estate, maximizing the value of properties we sell.

FAIRNESS

As neutrals, we are trained in mitigating bias and conflict through a specialized approach.

CLOSURE

We understand that without handling the house, you simply can’t move on. We offer closure.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should we tell the kids that the house is going up for sale?

Kids are smart and observant. If they are going to be home during the house visit, it’s usually better to tell them beforehand. Otherwise, we will let you know when the sign is going up so they are not surprised.

What if there is restraining order?

We will take every measure necessary to ensure that you and your ex will not be together throughout the process and restraining orders are not violated.

Will I have to pay for repairs?

It depends. We will work with you and your ex to reach a mutual agreement and provide your attorney with an accounting should reimbursements be necessary.
